Common Questions
After subscribing, log in at rustyrodtrades.com/login using the Discord account linked to your subscription. Once logged in you'll have access to the full member portal — live streams, videos, voice room, and Discord server.
Make sure you're authorising with the same Discord account used during checkout. If you used a different email on Stripe vs. Discord, your roles may not sync automatically. Submit a ticket with your Discord username and we'll manually assign your role within a few hours.
You can cancel directly from your Stripe customer portal — look for the "Manage Subscription" link in your original welcome email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your Discord access will remain until then.
First try refreshing and clearing your browser cache. Videos stream via Bunny Stream CDN — if you're on a VPN it may cause buffering. Try disabling your VPN or switching to a different browser. If a specific video consistently won't load, submit a ticket with the video name and we'll investigate.
Visit the pricing page and subscribe to the higher tier plan. Once payment is confirmed, your Discord roles will update automatically within a few minutes. If the upgrade isn't reflected after 10 minutes, submit a ticket with your Discord username and current tier.
